Applications Suitable adhesive for bonding many rubbers and metals as well as, to a lesser extent, various flexible or rigid plastics, MDF, leather, etc. This adhesive can be used in fields as varied as the footwear and shoemaking industry, repair and automotive industry, building seals, furniture, cellular rubber processing and thermoplastic materials.   • Viscosity ~ 500 mPa.s
  • Fixture time ~ 5-15 seconds for bonding rubbers, 10-20 seconds for plastics and 30-60 seconds for aluminium and degreased steel (variable according to humidity level, thickness of joints, temperature and nature of materials).
  • Shear strength ≤ 15 N/mm² in shear strength (varies depending on the material)
  • Storage condition .+2°C and ≤ +8°C excluding frost, cold and dry
  • Temperature strength Black and slightly flexible glue film with very good thermal resistance (+100°C continuous and +120°C at tip) as well as to ageing and many chemicals (oils and some solvents). Glue film thickness: < 50 μ
  • Temperature range +15°C to +30°C

    • Packaging

    Flexible PE bottles of 20 g net in cartons of 20 vials in standard packaging. 50 g and 500 g net bottles on request
