  • Consistency Low viscosity liquid
  • Density ~ 1,08 g/cm3
  • Viscosity ~ 155 mPa.s
  • Fixture time ~ 2-4 seconds for bonding rubbers, 5-20 seconds for plastics and 20-50 seconds for aluminium and degreased steel (variable according to humidity level, thickness of joints, temperature and nature of materials).
  • Shear strength ≤ 20 N/mm² in shear strength (varies depending on the material)
  • Storage condition .+2°C and ≤ +8°C excluding frost, cold and dry
  • Temperature strength Colourless and fairly rigid glue film, good thermal resistance (+80°C continuous and +100°C pointed). Adhesive film thickness: ≤ 50 μm.
  • Temperature range +15°C to +30°C

    • Packaging

    Flexible PE bottles of 20 g net in cartons of 20 vials in standard packaging. 50 g and 500 g net bottles on request
