ACROM Dispensing Equipment Range: Precision, Reliability, and Performance
For professionals, the quality of a joint depends as much on the chemistry as on the way it is dispensed. The dispensing equipment range we distribute at ACROM is designed to deliver a consistent, reproducible, and clean bead, both in the workshop and on construction sites, while improving ergonomics and operator safety.
What is Dispensing Equipment?
Our offer covers the entire application chain: 1K/2K dispenser guns, static mixers, nozzles/tips, foil pack holders, and accessories. The goal is to ensure continuous flow from the cartridge or foil pack to the nozzle, with controlled ratio and flow rate, whether the adhesive is fluid or highly viscous.
Dispenser Gun Typologies: Choosing the Right Drive Mode
The typology of the dispenser gun conditions the production rate, operator fatigue, and bead consistency. We distinguish three main families:
- Manual Dispenser Guns: Ideal for occasional operations and finishing work. Thrust is fine and controllable, adapted to precise beads and medium to high viscosity products.
- Pneumatic Dispenser Guns: Recommended for high-speed lines and long beads. Pressure regulation provides continuous and homogenous extrusion, even with very viscous products.
- Battery-Operated Dispenser Guns: Combine mobility with flow consistency, perfect for construction sites or mobile environments, while significantly reducing fatigue.
ACROM distributes proven professional references, selected for their robustness, ergonomics, and flow consistency.
Cartridge & Foil Pack Compatibility
To guarantee compatibility with your consumables, our equipment covers the main formats and ratios used in industry.
- 1K Formats: 310 ml cartridges, 400/600 ml foil packs (sausages).
- 2K Formats: Twin cartridges 50 ml, 200 ml, 400/490 ml, and 2×310 ml (depending on systems).
- Ratios: 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 10:1 via tandem or coaxial architectures.
Each configuration is accompanied by an adapted static mixer (geometry, length, internal diameter) to stabilise the ratio and mixing homogeneity throughout the cartridge.
Product Focus: Reference Examples
To facilitate operational choice, here are some typical references from the professional ranges we distribute. They are given as an indication and will be confirmed according to your viscosities, ratios, and production rates.
Manual Dispenser Guns:
- Single-Component: H40+, PowerFlow Combi
- Two-Component: MR52‑07, DM2X
Pneumatic Dispenser Guns:
- Single-Component: Airflow II Cartridge, Airflow II Sachet
- Two-Component: DP2X, TS488XM
Battery-Operated Dispenser Guns:
- Single-Component: Electraflow Plus 310, Electraflow Plus 600 Combi
- Two-Component: Electraflow VBE 400 MR
Need an equivalent or validation on your adhesive/sealant? We perform material testing to qualify the reference and the associated static mixer.
Ergonomics & Repeatability: What Makes the Difference
Beyond raw thrust, application quality depends on flow consistency and bead stability.
Rigid chassis, relevant gear ratios, and good grip reduce pulsation and improve precision. The choice of nozzle (straight, angled, “V”, long tip) contributes to finish quality and joint cleanliness.
Maintenance & Consumables: Ensuring Service Continuity
High-performance equipment requires regular maintenance and consumables in stock or quickly available: static mixers, nozzles, pistons, seals, rings, adapters.
ACROM maintains a stock of parts and offers tool cleaners and smoothing agents to preserve process consistency between production runs.
Operator Safety & HSE
Adhesive application must be accompanied by a controlled HSE framework: reduction of physical strain (pneumatic/electric guns), limitation of aerosols and splashes, choice of adapted nozzles to avoid over-dispensing, and adherence to Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Our teams advise you on workstation layout (ventilation, storage, waste) and the selection of ATEX equipment if necessary.

Selection Guide: Adapting the Tool to the Product
Before selecting equipment, a quick diagnosis ensures product/process alignment:
- Viscosity & Rheology: Glue/sealant characteristics → pressure/thrust need and gun type.
- Format & Ratio: 310 ml cartridges / 400–600 ml packs / 50–490 ml twin cartridges; ratios 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, 10:1.
- Static Mixer: Geometry (C/F/B series...), length/diameter vs targeted flow, number of elements.
- Nozzle & Finish: Angled/“V”/straight, long tip, bead width.
- Speed & Ergonomics: Cycle time, bead length, working position, effort reduction.
ACROM can perform material testing on your products to calibrate bead width/thickness, extrusion pressure, and handling time.

Accessories & Static Mixers
MIXPAC/Medmix static mixers ensure homogenous mixing right to the end of the cartridge. Selecting the length and diameter limits back-pressure whilst ensuring mixing quality.
Nozzles and finishing tips (straight, angled, specific) complete the arsenal for consistent dispensing and a clean finish.
Best Application Practices
A robust process starts with standard gestures and clear documentation. Defining a purge protocol, verifying the ratio (2K), and changing the mixer at each resumption avoids non-quality. Marking out bead width/thickness and holding pressure stabilises repeatability.
- Before Dispensing: Check consumables, mount mixer/nozzle, initial purge.
- During: Constant nozzle angle, regular speed, monitor flow/pressure.
- After: Smoothing/finishing if necessary, cleaning, and recording parameters (batch, nozzle, mixer, pressure).
ACROM Support and Guidance
Beyond equipment, ACROM provides comprehensive support to your teams: equipment qualification, on-site trials, operator training, stock of parts and consumables to limit downtime.
We help you dimension a robust, reproducible, and secure workstation.
FAQ
Can I use the same gun for 310 ml and 600 ml?
Not without an adapter: a 310 ml gun does not accept a 600 ml foil pack. We offer dedicated foil pack holders (barrels) and adapters.
How to choose my 2K static mixer?
According to ratio, viscosity, flow rate, and desired length. A geometry that is too short can degrade homogeneity; too long increases back-pressure.
Manual, Pneumatic, or Battery?
Manual for precision and short runs, pneumatic for speed, battery for mobility and consistency without compressed air.
Which consumables to plan for?
Static mixers, nozzles, pistons/seals, cleaners, smoothing agents, and wear parts.
