Industrial Adhesive Supplier
At ACROM, we meet the specific requirements of the manufacturing sector regarding industrial bonding. A professional adhesive is not chosen at random: it must comply with standards, be adapted to your technical applications, and perform effectively on the materials to be assembled.
We offer a wide range of products developed to guarantee optimal adhesion, high mechanical resistance, durability over time, and perfect compatibility with the most demanding substrates: plastics, composites, metals, rubbers, etc.
Our strength lies in our ability to adapt adhesion technology to your industrial processes: polyurethanes, methacrylates, cyanoacrylates, epoxies, or silicones.
All this is backed by field support and real-world testing.
Adhesive Solutions for Key Industrial Sectors
Industrial Bodywork and Refrigerated Transport
Specially developed for the industrial body building sector, our glues and adhesives allow for the durable assembly of steel, aluminium, or composite panels. Designed to withstand mechanical vibrations, humidity, and extreme thermal variations, our structural adhesives ensure reliable and lasting fixation, even under severe operating conditions.
Our adhesive solutions are widely used in the manufacturing of utility vehicles, HGVs (Heavy Goods Vehicles), trailers, skips, and other metal structures in the transport sector.
Industrial Joinery
We offer high-performance bonding solutions adapted to the requirements of industrial joinery.
- For wood assembly, our neoprene and vinyl adhesives guarantee durable adhesion, resistant to humidity and ageing, ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications.
- In PVC joinery, our PVC tube adhesives (available in white or transparent versions) allow for clean and rapid cold chemical welding, optimising performance without compromising the finish.
- For assembling aluminium joinery frames, we recommend our two-component polyurethane adhesives, which offer both high mechanical resistance and application comfort appreciated by workshop operators.
Plastics Processing
Bonding PVC, PE, ABS, MMA, PA, or polycarbonate (PC) requires specific formulations adapted to the low surface polarities of these materials.
Our high-performance methacrylate adhesives ensure reinforced adhesion, even on difficult substrates, while offering excellent resistance to flexion, impact, and mechanical deformation. These adhesives are particularly used in the plastics industry, notably in plastic thermoforming processes, where different materials are shaped and then assembled to design technical or aesthetic parts.
Composite Part Manufacturing and Assembly
The manufacture of bespoke composite parts involves several assembly steps requiring high-performance technical adhesives adapted to industry standards.
- Mould making: Polyurethane foam plates are assembled using our two-component polyurethane glue, ensuring excellent structural cohesion and long-term durability.
- Fibre positioning: For holding glass fibres before infusion, our spray adhesives ensure optimal positioning of the reinforcement without altering the stratification or curing process.
- Inserts & bonding: For the rapid bonding of inserts, cable glands, or functional elements, we recommend our two-component methacrylate adhesives, renowned for their fast setting and high mechanical resistance, even on composite or metal substrates.
Our adhesive solutions integrate perfectly into high-performance composite part manufacturing processes in sectors such as automotive, railway, and marine.

FAQ
1. Which glue should I use to assemble two technical plastics or low-polarity thermoplastics?
The two-component methacrylates ACROBOND A230/5 and A252 TR are particularly effective for bonding low-polarity plastics (PE, PP, PET, PC...), thanks to their high mechanical resistance and excellent adhesion on low surface energy substrates.
For plastic materials that are even harder to bond, ACROBOND A260 MP is specially designed for materials presenting the lowest surface energies.
2. Are your industrial adhesives compatible with automated dispensing systems?
Most of our glues are compatible with assembly line application, including robotic systems. Their viscosity, setting time, and dosing behaviour are validated according to your equipment. We collaborate with specialised partners to offer you the most suitable dispensing tools.
3. Can I order adhesive cartridges individually or in small packages?
We ask our clients to order by the box (carton) minimum, corresponding to a defined number of bottles, cartridges, or tubes, depending on the product type. For very small quantities, we can direct you to our distribution network.
4. Do you offer technical assistance directly in our workshops?
Yes. Our field technicians travel throughout France and Europe to analyse your bonding constraints in real-world situations and recommend the best adhesive solutions.
5. Do your glues adhere to painted or treated surfaces?
In some cases, yes. However, a preliminary adhesion test is recommended to guarantee chemical compatibility and mechanical resistance of the bond on a painted surface.
6. Do you train operators on the correct application of industrial adhesives?
Yes. We offer training sessions on-site or remotely, focusing on dosing parameters, open times, curing times, and storage conditions.
7. What is the average shelf life of your adhesive products?
Depending on the technology (methacrylate, epoxy, PVC, etc.), the shelf life varies between 6 and 24 months. Respecting storage temperatures is crucial to guarantee performance.
8. Are your products available quickly in case of urgent need?
Our products are shipped from our warehouse located in Western France (Maine-et-Loire) within 48 to 72 hours, subject to stock availability.
9. Do you offer samples for validation in real conditions?
Absolutely. At Acrom, we encourage application tests before validation to ensure the product matches your specific needs
