Applications Synthetic dispersion adhesive, free of VOCs, mainly intended for contact bonding at room temperature or ideally by slight thermal reactivation (45-60°C) during display. It can be applied to both sides with a brush, for example. Roller or pneumatic spray gluing machine and is suitable for many materials such as textiles, leather, wood, cardboard, coated fabrics, flexible or rigid foams, thermal and sound insulation, felts, plastic films, metal substrates pre-lacquered, rubber, etc. (Preliminary tests are systematically required for all specific media). Good initial tack and open time up to 20 minutes at 20°C after drying the film, after which proceed by slight thermal reactivation. For adhesive used with 5% D8 catalyst, excellent adhesion and cohesion as well as good ageing resistance and thermal stability up to +100°C.
