Applications This glue has a medium open time as well as a high tack when displayed. It can be worked on in single-component or with the addition of a catalyst to improve resistance to temperature and ageing. It is Particularly suitable for bonding materials traditionally used in footwear and leather goods and is suitable for especially for clear materials as well as leather, cardboard, wood, cork, felt, textiles, crepe, cellular rubbers, EVA micro-porous, etc. Not suitable for plasticized PVC (migration), or expanded or extruded polystyrene (solvent etching). Product Used in automotive upholstery, furniture, fittings, construction as well as many industrial fields.   • Color Virtually transparent in thin film to slightly yellowish.
  • Consistency Easily applied liquid by pneumatic spraying
  • Density ~ 0,82 g/cm3
  • Viscosity ~ 450 mPa.s
  • Open time ≤ 30 minutes (at +20°C and depending on materials), ~ 20 minutes with Acrocure ISO 28S catalyst
  • Fixture time 24 hours.
  • Storage condition Between 10°C and 25°C excluding frost,
  • Temperature strength Good thermal resistance up to +80°C in single-component and ≥ +90°C
  • Temperature range ≥ +15°C and ≤ +30°C.
  • Dry matter ~ 18.5% by weight

    • Packaging

    5 liter, 12.5 liter or 25 liter metal canisters.
