Applications This glue has a medium open time as well as a high tack when displayed. It can be worked as a single component or with the addition of a catalyst to improve resistance to temperature and ageing. It is particularly Suitable for bonding materials traditionally used in footwear and leather goods and particularly suitable for clear materials as well as leather, cardboard, wood, cork, felt, textiles, crepe, cellular rubbers, micro-porous EVA, etc. Not Not suitable for plasticized PVC (migration), nor expanded or extruded polystyrene (solvent attack). Product used in filling automotive, furniture, fittings, construction as well as many industrial fields. Chemical base Polychloroprene rubber-based glue + resins dissolved in organic solvents.

Color Virtually transparent in thin film to slightly yellowish.

Consistency Liquid, easily applied with a brush or serrated spatula.

Viscosity ~ 2050 mPa.s

Open time ≤ 90 minutes (at +20°C and depending on materials), ~ 30 minutes with Acrocure ISO 28S catalyst

Fixture time 24 hours.

Storage condition Between 10°C and 25°C excluding frost,

Temperature strength Good thermal resistance up to +80°C in single-component and ≥ +90°C

Temperature range ≥ +15°C and ≤ +30°C.

Dry matter ~ 23.5% by weight

250 ml brush cans, 750 ml cans, 5 litre or 25 litre metal canisters.
