Applications Adhesive specially developed for bonding many materials such as decorative laminates, wood and derivatives, rubbers, thermoplastics, cardboard, textiles, felts, nonwovens, leathers, synthetic coatings, insulating materials, metals, etc. Product Used in automotive upholstery, carpentry and fittings, construction and many industrial fields. Not Not suitable for plasticized PVC (migration), nor expanded or extruded polystyrene (solvent attack). Gluing of the 2 sides, aeration and contact bonding by exerting strong contact pressure. Can only be used as a single component.   • Chemical base Polychloroprene rubber-based glue + resins dissolved in organic solvents.
  • Color Yellow, brown
  • Consistency In gel, easily applied with a brush or serrated spatula.
  • Density ~ 0,85 g/cm3
  • Viscosity ~ 2000 mPa.s before gelling
  • Open time ~ 40 minutes for a 2-sided coating at 20°C
  • Fixture time 24 hours.
  • Pressing time ~10 à 20 minutes
  • Storage condition Between 10°C and 25°C excluding frost,
  • Temperature strength Good thermal resistance up to +80°C continuously, +90°C peak
  • Temperature range ≥ +15°C and ≤ +30°C.
  • Dry matter ~ 26% by weight
