Applications This adhesive is specially developed for bonding many materials such as decorative laminates, wood and derivatives, rubbers, thermoplastics, cardboard, textiles, felts, nonwovens, leathers, synthetic coverings, insulating materials, metals, etc. It is used in automotive upholstery, carpentry and fittings, construction and many industrial applications. Not suitable for plasticized PVC (migration), or expanded or extruded polystyrene (solvent etching). Gluing of the 2 sides, aeration and bonding by contact with high contact pressure. Can only be used as a single component.   • Chemical base Polychloroprene rubber-based glue + resins dissolved in organic solvents.
  • Color Yellowish.
  • Consistency Gel, easily applied with a brush or serrated spatula
  • Density ~ 0,85 g/cm3
  • Viscosity ~ 2000 mPa.s before gelling
  • Open time ~ 40 minutes for 2-sided coating at 20°C
  • Fixture time 24 hours.
  • Pressing time ~10 à 20 minutes
  • Storage condition Between 10°C and 25°C excluding frost,
  • Temperature strength Good thermal resistance up to +80°C continuously, +90°C peak
  • Temperature range ≥ +15°C and ≤ +30°C.
  • Dry matter ~ 26% by weight
