Applications This thixotropic adhesive has a very firm film and is particularly suitable for all assembly and assembly work. Suitable for pre-treated metal substrates, aluminium honeycombs, polyester laminates, SMC, thermal insulation (PU or rigid PVC foam, expanded or extruded polystyrene, mineral wool), plywood, and some rigid thermoplastic materials such as ABS or various thermosetting materials. Characteristics Dark grey, pot-life 5 minutes. Properties Two-component polyurethane structural adhesive for bonding inserts and various elements to sandwich panels.

  • Density ~ 1.2 g/cm3 for resin, ~ 1.6 g/cm3 for hardener
  • Viscosity ~ 35000 mPa.s for resin, ~ 18000 mPa.s for hardener
  • Open time 7 minutes 30
  • Pressing time ≥40 minutes
  • Mix Ratio Volumetric = 1:1
  • Hardness class ~ 65 Shore D after 7 days
  • Shear strength up to ~23 MPa.
  • Flash point >100°C
