Koralit F 143

KORALIT F-143 is a high-performance cold-contact adhesive, designed for assemblies requiring durable flexibility and elasticity. Thanks to its specific formulation, it is particularly adapted to bonding materials subjected to demanding environments.

KORALIT F-143 allows for fast and efficient implementation in a production environment:

• Flash-off and Open Time: Features a short open time of 5 minutes, allowing for rapid setting after solvent evaporation.
• Yield / Coverage: Optimised consumption ranging between 100 and 150 g/m² depending on substrate porosity.
• Thermal Versatility: Ensures a robust bond even under the effect of cyclic temperature increases.
• Chemical Resistance: Excellent barrier against plasticiser migration, thereby preventing joint softening on flexible PVC.

KORALIT F-143 is a solvent-based nitrile rubber (NBR) adhesive. It stands out for its high initial adhesive power (tack) and its capacity to retain its physicochemical properties when exposed to aggressive agents.

Its elastomeric structure allows it to absorb vibrations and follow the movements of flexible materials without breaking the bond. Unlike standard contact adhesives, its nitrile base offers superior resistance to oils, fuels, and plasticisers, guaranteeing the longevity of assemblies under the most severe industrial conditions.
