Dispensing Accessories and Dispenser Guns

 

We offer a wide range of dispenser guns for adhesive and sealant cartridges, available in 1-component (1K) and 2-component (2K) versions, compatible with major industrial formats.

  • Available Formats: 50 ml, 200 ml, 310 ml, 400/490 ml cartridges, as well as 400/600 ml foil packs (sausages), featuring side-by-side or coaxial bodies depending on mixing ratios.
  • 2K Systems: Our two-component systems cover 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, and 10:1 ratios, adapted for methacrylates, epoxies, and two-component polyurethanes.
  • 1K Recommendations: For single-component sealants and glues (MS polymer, silicones, PU), we recommend high-thrust dispenser guns with smooth regulation, guaranteeing clean beads without run-on or mess.

For 1K foil packs, we recommend barrels and plungers that ensure extrusion continuity and clean finishing.
